It shall be the duty of the membership committee to promote, expand, stabilize and orient the membership. This committee will be responsible for membership drives, preparing and disbursing new member packets and assisting treasurer in maintaining current membership rolls and membership renewals. This committee will provide membership information, registration/renewal forms, and new member packets at the monthly meetings.
Sub committee: Hostess Committee
The hostess committee will be responsible for correspondence to thank guests for attending our meetings.

It shall be the duty of the finance committee to prepare an annual budget for the organization, to give general supervision of all expenditures and to assist the organization in developing a sound financial policy. This committee will assist the treasurer at monthly meetings to register members and guests and collect payments.

It shall be the duty of the public relations committee to present local programs and activities through available news media. This committee will be responsible for taking pictures at monthly meetings and special events to be used on the TPW website, face book or local media to promote the organization.

It shall be the duty of the scholarship committee to promote the scholarship program. This committee will be responsible for ensuring that the scholarship process is handled in an efficient and timely manner. This committee will review all scholarship applications and determine the scholarship recipients. This committee will assist in planning the awards luncheon.

It shall be the duty of the fundraising committee to plan and organize fundraisers to raise funds for the Scholarship Program. This committee will assist in planning the annual Women’s Conference. Sub committees may be assigned to various fundraising events.
